Organization Membership

How To Become a Member

You can reach our Membership Chair, Janet Reinstra, via email at hrh@astound.net.

When you're ready to request membership, scroll to the bottom of this page and click in the "Create a new User Account and Request Membership" box. Then follow the screen prompts. Once we've received your completed application (see next step) and dues payment, we'll make you a full member.

Fill out and sign both pages of the membership application and submit it to the Treasurer along with your dues payment.

Tell the Membership Chair you are ready to have your work evaluated for proper competition-level assignment.

The Membership Chair will select two Masters-level club members to evaluate your work. New members can bring in sample prints for evaluation, email sample digital images to the evaluators, or provide a link to a website with your images. This will ensure you’re assigned the proper level for each competition.

You may also ask the club to assign a Masters-level mentor to work with you. Mentors can help you with advice on:

Improving your imagesSelecting the right images for each competitionPrinting and matting Labeling and titling prints and digital images
